GEM Tour provides digital products and services, including audio guides, voice tours, and other digital content.
If you wish to request a refund, you must first contact us by email at:

Refund requests must include:
- The email address used during purchase
- The reason for the refund request
- Any relevant order or transaction details
We offer at least a 14-day refund window for all purchases.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed via our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record. The refund processing will take at least 14 days as a minimum. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
GEM Tour reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined above or in cases of abuse or misuse of the service.
